| About Me | I’m Jessica, Mummy to 3 beautiful children and live in Leicester with my partner. I love music, sunny days, chocolate and photographs! I have practised yoga on and off for the last 10 years, since discovering it whilst studying. I found it a great way to calm my mind and my body and take some time out of the stresses of everyday life. |
| Why I became a YogaBellies Teacher... | When pregnant with my first baby back in 2012 I was really excited about attending pregnancy yoga classes, and so disappointed to find that there was no one in my area who taught them! 3 years (and 3 babies!!) later it dawned on me that I should be the one to offer the classes. I loved every second of my pregnancies and found the whole experience magical and really quite powerful. For me to now share in the experience of others, whilst also teaching them to relax and bond with their baby is a dream come true. |
